My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the rooms were clean, they lacked many essentials, and the service was lacking, especially in terms of responsiveness. There were a few positive aspects like the nice view of the golf course and decent food when available, but the numerous issues overshadowed them. I won't be returning anytime soon.
My experience at Bay Valley Resort was quite mixed. While the staff was genuinely dedicated to improving our stay and the golf course was beautiful, the service left much to be desired, especially with our reservations and other details. The hotel is clearly trying to recover from past issues, but there are still several areas in need of significant improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating overall. While the location is pleasant with a nice golf course view, I encountered major issues with customer service and room conditions. There were several times when the front desk was unattended, and our rooms were not cleaned during our entire stay. On the brighter side, the pool was nice, and the food I managed to order was good, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but the reality was disappointing. The hotel has potential with its classic charm, yet it's feeling worn down and definitely needs some updates. I do appreciate the cleanliness of the bed and how good the food was when we were able to order it. However, the lack of consistent service and amenities made for a frustrating experience.
